You look for it with the help of your guide and driver just outside the lobby at your drop off, and neither of you were able to find it.
After that we verified again in the garage, everywhere that it could be, and we could not find it. After this, we let know that we were not able to find it anywhere. We apologize for it, because we really tried and we really wanted to find it.
