The driver that you highly praised waited for you patiently at the airport for 3 hours while you sorted the luggage situation. We can understand that the airline lost your luggage and this of course was not your fault, but it was not the driver's fault either.
You asked the driver to wait for you and he did so,
You were informed about a waiting time fee that you agreed to pay and at the end you seem to forgot about it.
We called you to remind you about the payment which you refused to pay at the end.
The driver ended up loosing half day of work and not even a tip for 3 hours of his time. That was not nice :(
We have records of the calls that we made to you trying to get payment only €35.00 to cover car park fees at the airport (not even the waiting time itself)
The calls we made to you were on the same day of your collection (not through your entirely holiday). This is absolutely a false statement with the only intention to damage our reputation.
We always go the extra mile for our passenger and this is exactly what you mentioned at the beginning of your comment (a praise to the driver) for our service.
