Thank you for review William, we appreciate any review, we got clients from airport many times but usually all the clients let us know in advance about changes for being able to provide all the bookings, you knew about delays before getting in the airplane is your job to let us know about delays, or other services that you booked, your flight happened in 29 and your flight it was delayed unfortunately since getting in , your booking with us it was on 30 at that point your main thing is to ping us or all the vendors, every one need to know about issue, taxi driver assigned for you, it was assigned for 10:05 …. of course as I explained he needed to wait 45 min after booking time and also need to be in airport at 10:05 he’s working to provide a living he can’t wait for you 2 hours, he could take other booking for 10:05 if he knew in advance about your issue, is not instant hire, price is based on being in airport at booking time, tolls, parking space, he did he’s job he need to be paid.
You got in touch with us at 12:25 when you cleared out the airport no one can’t wait 2 hour if they don’t have info (you’re not in right time train leaves , bus leaves , airplane leaves , taxi leaves , if you booked a table at restaurant at specific time and you’re late 10 min someone take your seat) taxi drivers they’re people that working to provide money to pay the bills and so on.
You didn’t paid us 96.31$ you paid Viator that amount not going into our account because there is percentage that they take it.
We answered to your emails and explained is not our fault for your delays we take people at specific time from A2B we can reschedule some of the things if we know in advance but unfortunately we can’t make others waiting or being late because some issues that they’re not involved.
In this case we couldn’t provide your booking because we’re booked and is taxi shortage in such a short time.
