Das Magenta Boot und die Crew waren außergewöhnlich - sehr schönes und sauberes Schiff, engagierte Aktivitäten und phänomenales Essen. Der Abholservice war, gelinde gesagt, entsetzlich. Die Ankunft am Boot erfolgt ebenfalls viel später als angekündigt, was die Zeit, die für Tagesaktivitäten auf einer bereits kurzen Reiseroute zur Verfügung steht, erheblich verkürzt. Nehmen Sie sehr positive Bewertungen mit einer Prise auf einen Berg Salz - mir wurde ein kostenloser Transport (im Wert von wahrscheinlich ~ 10-15 USD) zum Flughafen angeboten, wenn und nur wenn ich eine positive Bewertung abgegeben habe. Nach meiner Erfahrung sind Sie im Geschäft, wenn Sie das Magenta buchen und den Reiseveranstalter meiden können!

Views are amazing, but it’s a big tourist trap. Boats everywhere, when docking the ports they just ram into each other because there is not enough space to dock. Food was horrible, cold and bland. The cave was majorly overcrowded and there was a constant queue. Absolutely no difference between kayaking and bamboo boats, it’s just all crammed up into one small space. They tell you multiple times that you shouldn’t bring plastic bottles and how they are doing big efforts in environmental conservation while you pass by hundreds of diesel boats polluting the water.

Fab cruise of Ha Long Bay

Really fab cruise and a great way to see the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide Lucy was amazing and made the whole trip super fun/organised. The food was good and plentiful and our room was lovely. Be warned it is a very touristy area so lots of boats but nonetheless it was a fab trip!

Boring time on cruise, good activities

I went on this tour with 5 of my friends all in our thirties. Distribution of people in the cruises was not satisfactory. Though there were many young people on the tour, we were on a cruise with a group of about 30 senior people. We were told that the logic behind this was the nationality of people that I find to be racist. Activities and time management was good. The food provided for the meals was not sufficient. If we didn’t show up during first 15 mins of serving time, most items were finished and not charged again. Also the water provided was not sufficient for the 2 day trip.

Quick exploration of Ha Long Bag

I had a two day one night tour in Ha Long bay with my family. The setup and program was packed but gave some freedom. Menu and good were excellent and luckily the weather allowed to fully enjoy all activities. The staff was friendly, and even though sometimes we struggled to understand each other due to the language, we always found out the workaround. Had great time with wonderful views! Thank you!

A must do in Vietnam

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. After being collected from our hotel in Hanoi we were taken to our transfer boat which then took us out to the main boat. There we were greeted by all the members of staff who were charming throughout! Our room was incredible and extremely comfortable, we also loved the views from the balcony. Everything was really well organised and punctual, and the food on board was great. In terms of activities, all of them were fun but we particularly loved the kayaking and swimming in Lan Ha Bay. A special thanks as well to Jackie Phan (the cruise manager) who made the trip so memorable. Would 100% recommend.

Mr Dan was very friendly and a great host for this cruise. The cruise itself was very good and the activities were fun. The caves were too touristy for me so it would have been better to go somewhere more secluded or just stay on the boat and explore !

This trip is extremely overpriced. First of all it’s actually one day, don’t fell for a description. Technically you sleep on the boat, but the whole trip from begging to the end is approximately 24h. No stunning views or breathtaking activities. They sell it for $250…

We took the one-day tour. Nice cruise with three floors, tasty lunch and fruit at tea time, friendly staff. Hang long bay is worth a visit. The 5-hour tour included activities of sightseeing on cruise, bamboo boat or kayak, and a bit hiking to see the cave with limestones. The tour added good memory to this trip.
