First of all, I would like to apologize for the issue you endured. We always strive to provide the upmost customer service. We are currently light staffed due to child care issues due to Covid-19.
With that being said, there was an internal manual entry error that occurred when inputting your reservation due to our systems not being interlinked. I would be happy to have you out on one of our sunset cruises in the future to make up for this. Let me know if you would like to part take in one of these cruises for two adults and an infant.
