We apologize for the inconvenience and the stress the previous owner caused you. We are new owners from August 1st 2021. We are a responsible family and we are making improvements. With us there will be no cancellation what so ever unless it’s beyond our control (Exp: extreme weather conditions, global pandemics or natural disasters)
We have given everyone a refund who didn’t get picked up and this will not be a problem in the future our customer service is outstanding now.
