This is not true.
You received the full tour despite your showing up a day earlier than you had booked.
I did not have to give you a tour (as I was giving another tour at the time) but I wanted to be kind to you and your group, especially when you said " We need to do it today, as I made a mistake and booked the wrong day."
I was not notified by Trip Advisor until I returned home as a I was giving a tour when you contacted Trip Advisor to tried and change the day of your tour.
You just showed up expecting a wine tour as the winery was closing.
All wineries require reservations (which I had made for your group for the day you booked which was Sunday) and had to cancel immediately as they expected you as their guests and had a table set aside for your group.
I graciously gave you the 1.5 hour tour and then I took you to Jimmy's (The Pickle Room known as the most haunted bar in Santa Barbara.) for a 15.00 a cocktail or glass of wine (tax and cost of drink).
Every wine tasting or cocktail tour includes a ten dollar 10.00 tip per person not for me, but for the bartender and/or wine or cocktail serving staff.
After showing up a day earlier than you booked for (as well as receiving a full ghost tour, a cocktail and the FREE gift bag) you tried to get a FULL REFUND telling Trip Advisor that you and your group never had a tour or alcoholic beverages.
You should have reached out to me to discuss your issues and I would have given you a reasonable future solution.
By the way, the gift bag was AGAIN, a free gift from me as the owner.
Yes, your little bag was full of candies and cookies and it did have a special protection bag with antique spiritual contents within it...and all of the contents of the bag were FREE GIFTS from me.
You were very inconsiderate of my other guests who came on the night they booked. These guests warmly welcomed your group folding into our existing ghost tour.
